Good Friday 5pm

A time of reflection on the shadows that fell around our Lord during his final hours leading up to his crucifixion. The service has a meditative nature, with choral music, readings, and symbols: various choral settings of Kyrie Eleison – Lord have mercy – are sung in response to each passage of Scripture as candles are extinguished - symbolising the increasing shadows falling - the liturgy culminates with the choir singing the great choral Miserere by Allegri. The service will be approx. 50 minutes.
